  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, we will gladly accept the return.

  • Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.

  5. Refunds or store credits will only be applied once item has been received. The Skin Mentor Clinic is not responsible for delivery of item cost.
